I’m writing this from the table in our RV as we travel through the beautiful landscape of New Brunswick. Our family is on the tail end of a 2 week Canadian east coast adventure – our first time ever being away from the gym this long since it began over 11 years ago.
FirePower is a co-ed, family facility and all are welcome. But sometimes the girls just need to be girls together! We have a few special programs and opportunities for our FirePower lady-members to connect with each other whether to share ideas and support, or train together.
Calling all FirePower Dad’s! This idea has been in the hopper for a long time and we are finally are making it happen. George and Sam have been wodding together for a few years and it’s created a special bond with them – a new conversation of workout ideas, PR’s, a shared pride, and good memories. We want our FP dad’s to develop similar experiences.
