I’m writing this from the table in our RV as we travel through the beautiful landscape of New Brunswick. Our family is on the tail end of a 2 week Canadian east coast adventure – our first time ever being away from the gym this long since it began over 11 years ago.
The beauty of the surroundings brings me feelings of peace and gratefulness for everything we have; health, family, and the opportunity to create memories.
