Many of you have been asking so here it is! While they aren’t Paleo, they are still packed with yummy-ness and good stuff. Super easy to make!
mix & let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix
Mix dry ingredients with whisk and add to oat mixture. Then add eggs & oil. Note, you can also use agave nectar or honey instead of sugar. Just add it when you add the eggs & oil. Mix lightly. Add a little oil on the griddle such as coconut oil or olive oil and cook until done. Can add fresh or frozen berries or small apple chunks to mixture before cooking on the griddle.
They freeze really well – just throw them in the toaster for a fast breakfast or snack. Use sugar-free jam or agave nectar/agave syrup or even applesauce to top, however nothing replaces pure maple syrup!
