Fall Schedule Changes

We've been working hard on new ideas, listening to your feedback and doing our best to accommodate. New classes added, new class times and soon to be announced, our jam-packed calendar of specialty programs (coming soon!). We are updating our web site and marketing materials so they will all be ready shortly!

Introducing "IGNITE"

CF Lite is getting a name change to eliminate confusion. Introducing IGNITE! It's a different program than CrossFit and it's not easy! Led by experienced coaches, within a group setting, IGNITE is a calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all levels of clients. With a proven combination of the best HIIT, Core and Functional Training, you will increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout customized to your level and your goals.

Ignite and CrossFit are 2 different memberships options. Ignite memberships now have access to boxing, yoga, and the new Dumbbell Mission class (see below).

New Varsity Classes & Time Change

This growing group of Milton teen CrossFitters are the next wave of future athletes! After school classes will begin at 3:30pm and 4:15pm on Mon/Wed/Thurs. NEW for fall 2017 is a 7:30pm class on Mon/Wed and a NEW Saturday class at 11:15am. Varsity athletes are now also able to access any boxing class & yoga on the schedule as part of their membership. Please ensure you have your own boxing wraps and gloves for classes. Get them at the front desk! New class times will start September 6th!

New Earlier Boxing Classes

We've been listening to your feedback and are adding 5pm classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays in addition to the current 7pm classes. Also added is 8:30am workout on Tues/Thurs mornings with AES. Please check the live schedule on the 8:30am's in case of any last minute changes. Please also ensure you have your own boxing wraps and gloves for classes. Get them at the front desk! Wraps cost $14 and should last you 10 years!! New classes will start September 5th!

Introducing "Dumbbell Mission" Class

Inspired by elite international coach and FirePower friend Jon Gilson (founder of Again Faster equipment), this new class will use all dumbbells, no barbells. This is approx 45 min of dumbbell badassery!  DBM workouts will be challenging but scalable.  You pick the dumbbell weight.  Your coach will guide you through a challenging workout that trains balance between your dominant and non-dominant sides of your body. This class if for both CrossFit & Ignite members. Class will run Tuesday evening at 8:15pm. Max attendance is 12. RSVP for this class is encouraged online to secure your spot.

Saturday Morning Time Changes

Starting September 16th, Saturday morning classes will shift slightly to an earlier start. New class times are as follows:

  • 7:30am/8:30am/9:30am CF WOD
  • 8:30am CF Striking
  • 10:45am Ignite
  • 11:45am WOD

All above changes come into effect September 5th, but the gym is closed on Sept 9/10th, so official new Saturday start times will be Sept 16th.

Sunday Morning Time Changes

More details coming soon, but we are on the cliff of launching our extensive new specialty programs!! These will shift Sunday Open Gym time starting Sept 17th to 12noon - 2pm.

New Limited & Unlimited Membership Options

Starting September 1st, you will now have MORE flexibility in your membership plans. We are introducing a 12x/month option for CrossFit members (previously unlimited only), and also a new unlimited option for Ignite and Varsity (previously 3x/week). This will eliminate the old CF Lite Plus plan. If you are on that plan you will be changed over the the Ignite Unlimited plan.

New change for Ignite and Varsity - your memberships have the option to access boxing and yoga as part of your weekly class choices. I.e. if you are on a 12x/month plan, you can choose 1 regular class plus 2 boxing each week, or 2 regular classes + 1 yoga, or stay at 3 classes each week in your main program.

Note about limited memberships - unused classes can not be carried over to the next month.

September Payment Method Change Drive!

As a small business, we are try really hard to minimize credit card transaction fees. To do this, we encourage members to change their main membership payment method away from credit cards to a pre-authorized banking. This will also give you the option to pay your monthly membership bi-weekly instead of monthly (good financial management!!).

Between September 1st and 30th, bring in a void cheque or printed account sheet from the bank to the front desk and request the change. We will enter your name in a draw for a 60 minute personal training session with the coach of your choice!
