Why Do Group Training:

Group training will prepare you for anything life throws your way. Each day you'll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. It's Fun! After a while you'll find that our workouts feel like a game. Many of our clients say that they look forward to coming to the gym for the first time in their life.

All of our coaches must pass a rigorous certification process before leading group classes. This ensures that you stay safe and injury-free.

Group training provides you with an instant network of training partners to hold you accountable and cheer you on when the going gets tough. Our routines are constantly varied, so you can do them for years on end without plateauing. This is a routine you can stick to day in and day out, which will give you the results you're looking for.

CrossFit "Workout of the Day"

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone— including people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

Why CrossFit Works:

  • Constant Variation: Different every day, CrossFit workouts are tailored to the individual.
  • Functional Movement: CrossFit uses safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. Jumping, throwing, lifting, climbing, pulling, pushing, running, biking, and more.
  • High Intensity: In our workouts, intensity levels are adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness. Know that intensity may be different for each athlete based on experience, age, fitness goals and more.

Boxing

FirePower Boxing has a 15+ year history of training recreational and elite athletes. We found our niche in providing authentic boxing training in a non-contact, fitness-focused environment. You will find real heavy bags, real equipment, real boxers, real people, and real training. You can expect high intensity interval-training, a strong emphasis on mechanics, boxing strategy (the sweet science), and "OMG that was awesome!" Varsity

FirePower Youth Fitness & Development is a strength and conditioning program for teenage athletes ages 13-17 that excels in preparing them for the rigours of life inside and outside of the gym. We recognize that everyone has different fitness capabilities and because of that, coaches ensure that we tailor each and every workout to find a way to allow you to be successful, all while guaranteeing that you push yourself to work hard outside your current perceived limitations.

We teach coordination, agility, accuracy and proper movement patterns long before we introduce intensity and heavier weight.  This program can help any child become more confident and secure in their own abilities.

CrossFit Striking

Athletes will increase overall fitness, core strength, rotational speed and power by incorporating striking drills into CrossFit workouts. Striking is designed to incorporate basic mixed-martial-arts, boxing and self-protection striking concepts into traditional CrossFit workouts. All this is done in a non-contact format that focuses on proper technique by using shadow boxing, focus mitts, kick shields and a heavy bag. To participate in CrossFit Striking classes, FirePower athletes are required to participate in a one-time 90-minute Striking Foundations course that runs quarterly or on demand with enough athletes.
